Whether you want to lose weight, improve your overall health and fitness, increase your strength and conditioning or need support with injury rehabilitation, I am here to work with you.

Circuits & Metafit

Circuits is an all body workout using a variety of equipment to ensure a fun workout session as a part of a group. Circuit sessions run between October and March on Monday evenings and is suitable for all levels of fitness. Metafit is a high intensity training session we run all year round on a Friday evening.

Personal Training

I can offer personal 1-2-1 training everyone. Whether you are focussed on specific fitness goals or looking to make your life healthier in general, my aim is to ensure your personalised program fits in with your lifestyle.
