The Club Activity Space has been built to give both Members and Non members ample opportunities to partake in a range of alternative group or single fitness activities to go alongside the traditional Squash and Racketball sessions.
Subject to take up and session numbers the following activities are available:

Yoga with Hannah Moselhi

From 27th February, Yoga with Hannah Moselhi runs on Tuesday evenings from 1900 to 2000 hours.

Boxfit with Kevin Sandwith

Boxfit with Kevin Sandwith runs on Wednesday evenings from 1800 to 1900 hours.

High Intensity fitness sessions with Mickey Brown

High Intensity fitness sessions with Mickey Brown are held on Friday evenings from 1745 to 1845 hours.

Activity Space

At other times, especially during the day, the Activity Space is available for table tennis arrangements and for individual , self motivated fitness activities.
